
An entrepreneur since the age of 19 and lifelong crusader of a “Practical Chic” lifestyle, Jill believes in living a financially responsible life without sacrificing quality of life. She has been featured in many media outlets, including FOX, NBC, CNN.com, MSN, and CareerBuilder, and also writes about economics and money management for the Huffington Post. Jill has been a guest lecturer at the University of Washington, and has been invited to keynote at some of the world’s most innovative and respected organizations, such as Google, Wachovia, and Wharton Business School. Jill also founded Financial Literacy Alliance, which is a non-profit charity that is devoted to teaching teenagers the basics about money. As an artist and jewelry designer, Jill Keto’s work has been featured in MAXIM, VH1, and other media, and is collected by celebrities. She is a stiletto-wearing do-it-yourself zealot (from car repair to pedicures), degreed Mechanical Engineer, mother of two, organic mini-farmer and jazz musician.
